- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must contact us to cancel your subscription. When you cancel your subscription, your website will be deleted and you’ll have 30 days from the date of your last subscription payment to transfer your domain.
- Refunds: Once you subscribe to one of our packages, we cannot issue refunds as we cannot recoup costs if we’ve already started or finished building your website. You can however cancel your subscription (see previous section).
- Content Edits: As part of our service, we offer content edits on request. Clients can receive up to 1 hour worth of content edits each month. This covers edits to existing design elements and pages e.g. changing text or images. It does not include new designs or redesigns including but not limited to new page designs, section designs, or adding new features.
- Tech Support: All packages include unlimited tech support through live chat or email. This includes unlimited bug fixes. The client must give us a reasonable amount of time to troubleshoot and fix bugs.
- Delivery Time: The timeline to build and deliver your website will vary depending on the complexity of the website. Generally, we can build a website in 5-7 days. We’ll give you a more accurate timeline before starting the work.
- Business Policies: When we build your website, we will create a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions page. Basic templates with generic content will be used for these policies if the content is not provided by the client. It’s the responsibility of the client to check these policies and ensure they are accurate and relevant to their business, products, and or services.
Discussion and comments
When leaving a comment on our website, you must be honest and refrain from using hateful or discriminatory language. We reserve the right to remove any comments we find misleading, offensive, inaccurate, or false. We may do this without notification or warning.
